Join our “Love It or Return It” campaign

Purchase a 1.5kg bag and receive a complimentary 340g bag.
Try the 340g bag first with your cat.
If your cat doesn’t like it, you can:
- Return the unopened 1.5kg bag to us and receive a full refund (you’ll keep the 340g bag).
- Or, exchange the 1.5kg bag for a different recipe (in person only). *Once the exchange has been made, further exchanges or refund requests will not be allowed.

This campaign is valid only for first-time purchases of the 1.5kg bag.
Please try the 340g bag first before deciding on a return or exchange. If you’d like to go ahead with one, just let us know within 27 days of your purchase date.
If your cat does not enjoy the recipe:
- The 1.5kg bag must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in good condition.
- Returns can be made in person or via postage (customer bears posting cost).
To proceed with an in person exchange or return, customers are required to contact our hotline to schedule an appointment in advance.
A full refund will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the 1.5kg bag and a valid receipt.
If you prefer to exchange the 1.5kg bag for another recipe:
- Exchanges are only available in person at our location ( 3016 Bedok North Ave 4, #06-08 EASTech, Singapore 489947).
